1. Orders
• Pre-Orders: VIP and regular pre-orders will ship after the pre-order deadline to ensure fairness and accurate inventory.
• In-Stock Orders: Orders for in-stock inventory will ship according to checkout confirmation.
• By placing an order, you agree to the applicable fulfillment timeline.

2. Hair Quality
• All hair is raw Cambodian hair, unprocessed and natural.
• Slight variations in pattern, texture, or appearance are normal.
• Product images are examples; actual bundles may vary slightly.
• BCS is not responsible for styling, heat, or coloring beyond recommended guidelines.

3. Returns & Refunds
• Hair may be returned for a full refund of product charges (excluding shipping) before the hair is cut or altered.
• Washing for inspection is allowed.
• Hair that has been cut, styled, or altered is non-returnable.

4. Shipping & Delivery
• Shipping times depend on the carrier; BCS is not responsible for carrier delays.
• Lost packages with no delivery scan will be investigated; confirmed missing packages may be reimbursed.
• Packages with delivery scans are considered delivered; BCS is not responsible for theft or misplacement.
• Signature may be required for high-value orders.

5. Pricing & Surcharges
• Prices reflect premium raw Cambodian hair, tariffs, and inventory management.
• Surcharges (tariffs, shipping adjustments, etc.) are stated at checkout.
• Wholesale orders may have separate pricing and shipping arrangements.

• BCS is not responsible for carrier delays, natural variations, or issues caused by styling or coloring.
